This wine is of medium body
with a fruity bouquet.
First taste some find
strawberry others find rhubarb with a slow lingering dry
finish.
Pleasant accompaniment to
any strawberry or rhubarb dish. Its dryness will off set
many sweet sugary dishes and will also complement oily
dishes with its subtle dryness.
Strawberry Rhubarb would
make a very nice summer or special occasion punch as
well as sangria. A true pleaser wine for summer
entertaining or to evoke the warm tastes of early spring
and summer.
