Our wine is excellent on
its own as an aperitif, dessert or after dinner wine to
caress the palate and warm the heart. Good with medium hard
cheeses such as Stilton, Blue Cheese, Goat Cheese etc. Have
with apple tart, fruit salad, foie gras. One can also
experiment by adding one or two tablespoons to their salad
dressing, or add to a martini, cocktail, or in a punch.
