This wine is well balanced with a nice
pear bouquet, taste of ripe pear mingling with a
delicate spice and pleasant vanilla note on the palate
with a pleasant dry finish.
Great as a desert wine, sipping on it's own or would be
very nice served over ice in a tall glass that you may
wish to add a carbonated beverage too. The
winemaker enjoyed it with homemade cherry pie and ice
cream
Very nice with most cheeses, light
dishes quail and pheasant.
