Made from the delicate flower
petals of the Dandelion.
This wine is produced from a very labour intensive harvest
to create a pale lemon coloured nectar with just a wee hint
of citrus. A wine that has been made for generations with
a labour of love making it an excellent wine when there is a
special occasion or for a real exceptional treat.
Dandelion is more of a sipping wine, not a main meal wine
and compliments white fruit cake.
