At Countryman's Cupboard store located next to our Wine Store, we sell fresh produce grown at Countryman's, preserves and other food products that you can buy to fill your personal pantry or refrigerator. Our Jams are made on site from the fruits we grow here, and do not include any extra additives or preservatives. Types of Jams: Blackcurrant Jam,  Honeydew Melon Jam,  Blueberry Jam,  Cantaloupe Jam,  Peach Jam, Blackberry Jam,  Apricot Jam,  Red Currant Jam, Strawberry Jam, ...

	Summer Savory comes from plants grown on our Farm. Our Icicle pickles are sweet and yummy! Buy two jars because the first one will be eaten immediately when you get home! Summer Savory is available in 250 ml jars Not Presently Available
Certified Organic Buckwheat Flour in 2 lb bags Try Buckwheat Porridge 3 cups of Water 2/3 cups of buckwheat Put water into pot, heat till warm, add buckwheat slowly, stirring constantly to prevent the buckwheat from lumping.  Cook until the desired consistency is reached.  We enjoy a mix of approximately 2/3 buckwheat and 1/3 cream of wheat. If you find the buckwheat to much try sifting it once more. Buckwheat flour can also be used to make muffins, bread and pancakes.

All baked goods are produced at Countryman's Types of homemade pies available: Apple, Cherry, Blueberry, Minced, Strawberry, Raspberry, others are available upon request cooked or uncooked. And homemade fruit cakes will be coming soon. Please e-Mail us and order ahead by a day or so ... to be sure of availability.	Right now our cupboard store is a little bare. As soon as the first crops start to come in, the shelves and fridges will fill up at Countryman's Cupboard Store. If you want to give a gift to someone and you don't know what to buy - give them a Countryman's Gift Certificate.  They are available in any denomination at the Winery or the Cupboard stores.
